Solutions Engineer
I was one of the technical resources in our sales force when selling into the most strategic prospects and accounts for Pantheon Computer Systems. Responsible for developing a deep understanding of our clients’ business and technical goals and needs, identifying and documenting product needs, and working with other departments (including sales, product purchasing, and client services) to develop a tailored plan that would ensure success with Pantheon Computer Systems. Other key elements of this role included articulating the Pantheon Computer Systems’ value proposition, developing marketing solutions, and managing existing clients in our South-central Minnesota and Northern Iowa regions.

Training Production Staff
Organized and implemented the new acrobat software training strategy and rollout utilizing conventional documentation, multimedia training systems from “Total Training”, and personal one-on-one training.
Print Production Systems Design
Analyzed and incorporated Adobe’s Creative Suite into our already “Adobe product rich” arsenal of creative tools. This became the catalyst for the implementation and migration to a company wide electronic document workflow utilizing Adobe Acrobat to standardize the workflow between the other departments in the organization.
Image Database Design
Conceived and implemented a photo database that now consists of over 70,000 images stored online and achieved in easy to access CD libraries, incorporating it into the ad reservation system to expand the information’s usefulness beyond the production department.
